Hire Developers in India as Full-Time Employees, via EOR

Whatever the stack, the employment problem underneath is identical: someone has to hold a compliant Indian contract, run payroll, and file PF, ESIC, professional tax and TDS every month. That someone is us. Pick the role below, or brief us directly, and your developer is a legal full-time employee on our Bengaluru entity within five business days.

Every stack, one employment engine underneath. Choose a role from the index below and your developer becomes a full-time employee on our Bengaluru entity in five business days.

Every developer role we hire for in India.

Each role has its own page with pay bands, vetting notes and hiring specifics for that stack. All of them run on the same $149 EOR engine.

Two ways to employ Indian developers. Only one starts this week.

Incorporating versus hiring on our entity comes down to six practical differences.

Employ via your own subsidiary

Employ via our entity

Week one outcome
A lawyer engaged and a name application pending at the MCA.
A developer writing code on a compliant contract.
Who signs the contract
Your future subsidiary, once it exists in about six months.
Our Bengaluru entity, on paper within days.
Who chases the filings
Your team learns PF, ESIC, professional tax and TDS calendars from scratch.
Ours already runs them for every client, receipts attached.
Who eats a penalty
Interest at 12% a year plus damages up to 25% land on your books.
Demands go to our registration, and we answer them.
What a seat costs monthly
Entity overhead spread across however few people you have.
$149 each, sliding to $129 across the board past twenty.
How it ends
A dissolution process measured in months.
A notice letter and one final invoice.

One challan, forgotten, becomes a line item you cannot ignore.

Miss a PF date and the amount owed starts compounding at 12% annual interest, with damages of up to 25% layered on while it stays open.

With your developers employed on our registration, that clock ticks against us, and the recovery notice carries our name.

Hiring developers in India, asked and answered.

Eight questions engineering and ops leaders raise before briefing a role, answered as on our calls. The eighth is about when not to use us.

How do I hire developers in India without opening a company?

Use an employer of record. We put each developer on a compliant full-time contract with Foo Falcon Technologies Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru, run their payroll and statutory filings, and you manage their work day to day under a service agreement with us. Incorporation never enters the picture.

Which developer roles can you hire for in India?

Twenty-seven and counting: the index above spans web stacks like Python, PHP, Node.js and Rails, platforms like Salesforce, Shopify, Magento and Odoo, mobile, AI and ML, data, DevOps, QA automation and network engineering. Each role page carries its own pay bands and vetting notes.

Is it better to hire Indian developers as contractors or employees?

For anything long-term, employees. Contractor arrangements dodge PF and gratuity today but build up misclassification exposure that surfaces at funding diligence or exit. Under three months, a contract is fine. Beyond that, proper employment through an EOR costs little more and removes the risk.

What does a developer in India cost all-in?

Salary at market rate for the role, employer statutory additions such as PF at 12% of basic, and our $149 monthly fee. Salary and contributions appear on your invoice at actual rupee cost converted at the RBI rate. The individual role pages publish indicative pay bands.

How fast can a developer in India start?

If you bring the candidate, five business days from offer to payroll. If we source, add roughly nine days for the shortlist plus your interview loop. Either way the employment layer never becomes the bottleneck.

Do you vet developers or just employ them?

Both, your choice. EOR alone means you pick the person and we employ them. Add recruitment at 12% of annual CTC and we source against the role page criteria, screen for communication and timezone reliability, and send a shortlist within nine days.

Can developers across different stacks sit under one agreement?

Yes. One master service agreement covers every role you hire, one invoice covers every developer, and headcount pools across stacks toward the twenty-one-person threshold where the fee drops to $129 for all of them.

When should I not hire through an EOR?

Three honest cases. You already operate an Indian entity that runs payroll fine. The engagement is under three months, where a contract beats employment on cost. Or you want permanent developers kept indefinitely on contractor paper, which we turn down as misclassification risk.
