Our refund commitment

At Versatile, we stand behind our services. If you're not satisfied with our work, we're committed to making things right.

Refund eligibility

Refunds are available within 30 days of service start if:

• The service has not been actively used (no live payroll processed, no compliance filings submitted, no recruitment candidates placed)
• The request is made in writing before the service is materially implemented
• No statutory compliance obligations have been incurred

Once payroll has been processed or statutory filings have been submitted, refunds are not available as these obligations cannot be reversed.

Processing refunds

When a refund is approved:

• The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• All services will be terminated as of the refund date
• We will handle final compliance and offboarding

What's not refundable

The following are non-refundable:

• Services already rendered (payroll processed, compliance filed, recruitment completed)
• Statutory fees paid to government agencies
• Time and resources spent on compliance work
• Partial refunds for services partially used
